A bit about me…
I moved to 20 acres in Queensland, Australia 2 years ago with my Husband Travis & two dogs. I have completely fallen in love with this way of life.
I am now the proud mother to 12 chickens, 6 ducks, 3 horses & 2 dogs. I’ve always loved animals, ever since I was a child, and moving to a farm has allowed me to rescue and have the space to look after animals which is my happy place.
I’ve also always had a thing for interior design, art, and an overall passion for life and all of the beauty it has to offer – good sunsets, good food, good coffee… You name it, and I’m over here trying to figure out the best way to enjoy it! And then most likely blogging about it later.

I’m 30, born in Brisbane Australia. Currently living on the beautiful Gold Coast.
You see we lived in the city prior to this… We were the ultimate city slickers! Moving out to the country has really allowed us to SLOW DOWN and really appreciate life for what it has to offer.
One of the things I hope to share with you, is anything that I had questions about that could not find answers for to hopefully make your journey into a ‘simpler life’, well, simpler!
